We
purchased Jazz from Imprint Miniatures in 1999. Since then, he has thrown
very good color for us. Jazz has his sire's conformation, and is out of
a black and white pinto mare who was bred at Circle J Ranch. His sire is
the National Reserve Grand Champion North Stars Valdez Y Basan. Jazz may
be homozygous for tobiano coloring. Jazz was shown in 2001 and 2003 and
did well. At the 2003 Red Deer show, he took home a Reserve Grand
Champion Senior Stallion. At the Camrose WCMHC show, he took home
another Reserve Grand Champion Senior Stallion, and placed first and
third in color.
