Dorper Meat for Sale Dorper meat is a lean lamb meat and mild in flavour. Our Alberta lamb meat is sold as halves or wholes and is priced by carcass weight. This works out to be considerably less expensive than buying individual cuts at the store. We are currently sold out, but are expecting to have some meat available in mid to late January. For custom cuts, please order before January 1 for pickup in High River, Okotoks, or possibly Calgary. Contact us for cut selections and current pricing.
